How we work

We start with a kickoff meeting, where we discuss the project’s goals and requirements. We ask the necessary questions to understand the purpose of the project—reviewing every aspect of the project. We create a plan for every stage of the project, breaking it down into milestones and timelines. Then we gather all of the needed elements of your brand (i.e. logo, colors, images, etc.) and get the ball rolling.

We really like data. We use quantitative and qualitative data to understand where you are as a starting point and identify where you want to go. Not everything is worth measuring, but what is worth measuring is worth managing. Our approach to developing strategy is to narrow the options down. This will allow us to prioritize the steps that will have the most impact. We are happy to build hypothesis and test those, but we also have a bias toward action that can have immediate impact. Research has to produce insights that result in action to be effective.

This is one of our favorite parts of the process where we can take the research, strategy and insights and go create the right experience to match the need. Designing great experiences is important to us and important to your customers and stakeholders. We take the experience very seriously.

This is the part where the nerds and our nerd herders take over and see your project through to successful completion. On time and on budget is our mantra. It’s a little something we learned in the military.

This is the follow-up as we continue to work with our clients to continually improve. The best solution today becomes less and less relevant the longer it is not maintained. The digital world is changing constantly and we want to make sure we can bring you the most forward thinking solutions.
