You work with the same senior UX, engineering, and AI-integration team from discovery through launch—not a revolving cast. How quickly can you start my project?
After contract and deposit, most engagements kick off within one to two weeks so we can sequence design, development, and QA without cutting corners. Tighter dates are sometimes possible for smaller scopes when the calendar allows—ask during scoping. Real start time still depends on access, brand assets, analytics, and hosting handoffs you provide.
Do you work with startups or just established companies?

What's your typical project timeline?
Brochure or marketing sites with ready content often land in about two to four weeks. Larger builds—custom CMS, ecommerce, integrations, or app work—commonly run six to twelve weeks or span multiple two-week delivery cycles. Timelines are set after discovery with a written phased plan; we avoid promising ship dates until scope, content, and third-party dependencies are confirmed.
Do you provide ongoing support after launch?
Yes. Every launch includes thirty days of post-release support for defects tied to the agreed scope and acceptance criteria. After that, stay on retainer hours or a maintenance plan for updates, monitoring, SEO hygiene, and incremental features. Many clients keep a monthly subscription so backlog work, CRO tests, and releases continue without re-procuring a new project each time.
