Case Studies, Coming Soon
We are rebuilding the projects page with full case studies from recent work. Until those are live, here is what you should know about the projects we take on, the verticals we serve, and how to get the conversation started.
&Pixels has been shipping digital products since 2010. The case studies we publish here will lean into the messy middle of each engagement, the constraints, the trade-offs, and the calls that actually moved the outcome, instead of glossy results-only summaries.
What we work on
We operate as an extension of our clients' product teams. The same senior designers and engineers who run discovery write the code and ship the launch. Here are the four kinds of work that show up most often on our roadmap.
SaaS and platform work
Multi-tenant SaaS products, admin dashboards, billing and subscription flows, and the back-of-house tooling that keeps a platform running. We design and build with retention in mind, not just signup.
Industry-vertical platforms
HealthTech, FinTech, logistics, manufacturing, and the other regulated or operations-heavy verticals where the work has to be both compliant and usable. We bring domain depth to each engagement instead of pretending one playbook fits everyone.
Marketing sites that earn their keep
Next.js marketing sites with real performance budgets, structured content, accessibility built in, and SEO and AEO baked into the architecture. Pretty is the side effect of doing the work right.
&Pixels Labs products
We ship our own products too. Revlr is our AI-powered website audit platform. Unvibed is our cleanup service for AI-built MVPs. Vellum Prints is our standalone printing brand. Building our own software keeps us honest about the work we ask clients to invest in.
What we look for in a project
Not every engagement is a fit, and that is on purpose. The projects that go well share a short list of traits, and we have learned to be honest about it up front.
- 1
A clear business outcome the work has to move, not a vague brief.
- 2
A real budget for product investment, typically starting around $30K for a project or $3K per month on a subscription.
- 3
Decision-makers who can stay in the room. We do our best work as an embedded team, not as a vendor at the end of a long telephone line.
- 4
Either a product that already exists and needs a senior team, or an idea with enough conviction behind it to ship the first version with us.
Got a project in mind?
Tell us about the business outcome you need to move, the deadline you are working against, and what has been blocking the work. We will read your site before the first call and come back with a real assessment, not a generic pitch.
