This Cookie Policy explains how &Pixels (Andpixels LLC, a Texas limited liability company) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies, pixels, tags, and similar tracking technologies on our website at andpixels.com (the “Site”). It describes what these technologies are, why we use them, what information they collect, and how you can manage your preferences.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit. Cookies may be set by the website you are visiting (“first-party cookies”) or by third-party services that the website uses (“third-party cookies”).

Other tracking technologies we use include:

• Tags and scripts. Code snippets that load on our pages to enable analytics, advertising, and other functionality. These are loaded directly by the Site, and only after you have granted the matching consent category.

Throughout this Policy, we refer to all of these technologies collectively as “cookies.”

3. How We Use Cookies

We use cookies on the Site for four purposes:

• Strictly Necessary. To make the Site work, including authentication, security, payment processing, and hosting functions. These cannot be disabled without breaking core Site functionality.
• Functional. To remember your preferences and improve your experience, such as scheduling widgets and email subscription preferences.
• Analytics. To understand how visitors use the Site, including which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and how they interact with content. This helps us improve the Site.
• Advertising. To deliver and measure targeted advertisements on third-party platforms based on your interactions with the Site. Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), this use may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. See Section 5 for your opt-out rights.

4. Cookies We Use

The tables below list the specific cookies set on the Site, organized by category. Cookie names, durations, and purposes are accurate as of the “Last Updated” date above and may change when third-party providers update their services.

4.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for the Site to function. They are set automatically and cannot be turned off in our cookie settings without impairing the Site.

4.2 Functional Cookies

These cookies enable features that improve your experience but are not strictly necessary for the Site to operate. If you disable them, some features may not work as intended.

4.3 Analytics Cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Site so we can improve content, design, and performance. They collect information in aggregate or pseudonymous form.

4.4 Advertising Cookies

4.5 How These Tags Are Loaded

We do not use a tag management system. The tags that set the cookies listed in Sections 4.3 and 4.4 (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads, and Yelp) are loaded directly by the Site’s own code, and only after you have granted the matching consent category. Where you have not granted consent for a category, the tags in that category are never requested, the third party never receives a request from your browser, and no cookie in that category is set.

When advertising is suppressed, for example when a Global Privacy Control signal is detected, the advertising tags are not loaded at all. While that signal is present, the advertising option cannot be re-enabled through our cookie settings.

The Google Analytics and Google Ads libraries are delivered from the domain www.googletagmanager.com, which is the address Google uses to serve its gtag.js library. Contact with that domain reflects only the delivery of that library after you have granted consent, and does not indicate the use of a Google Tag Manager container.

If you withdraw consent partway through a browsing session, tags already loaded on the page you are viewing receive no further instructions from us, and are fully removed when you load a new page. Sections 5.4 and 6 describe how to delete cookies that have already been set.

5. Your Choices and Opt-Out Rights

You can manage cookies on the Site in the following ways:

5.1 Cookie Settings on Our Site

You can adjust your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie settings link available on the Site. This allows you to accept or reject Functional, Analytics, and Advertising cookies. Strictly Necessary cookies cannot be disabled through cookie settings because they are required for the Site to operate.

5.2 Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal (navigator.globalPrivacyControl = true), we treat it as a valid opt-out of: (i) targeted advertising cookies (Google Ads and Yelp Ads tags will not fire); and (ii) the sale or sharing of your personal information, as required by the TDPSA (effective January 1, 2025) and the CCPA/CPRA. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) will continue to operate when GPC is enabled because they are used for internal site improvement, not for targeted advertising or sale of personal information.

5.3 “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” Link

You can opt out of the sharing of your personal information with advertising partners by clicking the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer of our Site. This link is described in Section 9 of our Privacy Policy.

5.4 Browser Settings

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. Note that blocking all cookies may impair certain Site functionality. Instructions for common browsers:

• Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data

You can also manage cookies directly with the following third-party providers:

• Industry opt-out tools: You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) or Network Advertising Initiative (NAI)

6. Effect of Opting Out

When you opt out of Advertising cookies (whether through cookie settings, GPC, or the “Do Not Sell or Share” link):

• Google Ads remarketing and Yelp Ads tags will receive no further instructions and will be fully removed when you navigate to a new page. No new advertising data will be sent to these providers after you opt out.
• No new advertising cookies will be set on your device.
• Existing advertising cookies on your device will expire according to their stated durations, or you can delete them manually through your browser settings.
• You may still see advertisements from us on third-party platforms, but those ads will not be targeted based on your activity on our Site.

Opting out does not affect Strictly Necessary, Functional, or Analytics cookies, and does not affect our ability to provide services, respond to your inquiries, or send transactional communications.

7. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use, changes in technology, or changes in applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.

For material changes that affect how Advertising cookies operate, we will reset your cookie preferences so you have the opportunity to make a new choice.
