What's the difference between Design, Development, and Design + Development subscriptions?
Design is UX strategy, research, wireframes, prototypes, and design specs. Development is frontend, backend, and full-stack engineering. Design + Development is both, running in parallel under one team. D+D is our most popular because it removes the handoff friction between designers and developers.
Why is Design + Development double the monthly hours?
Because you're getting two disciplines running at the same time, not one team doing twice the work. A Design + Development Builder at 120 hours per month is 60 hours of design and 60 hours of development.
What's included at each tier (Starter, Builder, Partner, Dedicated Team)?
Starter: weekly check-in, standard sprint turnaround Builder: twice-weekly check-ins, priority queue, 72-hour concept turnaround Partner: daily standups, SLA-backed response times, 48-hour concept turnaround, quarterly strategy reviews Dedicated Team: scope, staffing, and SLAs negotiated per engagement
How much can I save with longer billing cadences?
Quarterly is 15% off monthly. Annual is 30% off monthly. Annual also unlocks quarterly strategy reviews and priority roadmap scheduling.
Can I change tiers or switch services mid-subscription?
Yes. Upgrades apply on the next invoice with proration. Downgrades take effect at the next cycle boundary so you finish what you've already paid for.
What happens to unused hours?
Unused hours roll forward inside your current billing cycle. They don't roll across cycle boundaries.
Can I add a design system to my subscription?
Yes. At checkout, select Design System - Figma ($8,000) or Design System - Figma + Code ($16,000) as a one-time add-on. Both are delivered in 3 to 6 sprints. You can also buy either standalone without a subscription.
How fast can you start?
Standard kickoff is 1 to 2 weeks from subscription start. Rush starts within 48 hours are available for an additional fee.
