For qualitative research like interviews, 5-10 participants is typically enough to identify major patterns. For surveys, 50-100+ responses gives better statistical confidence. We recommend starting with 5-8 interviews, then expanding based on what we learn.

A full research project takes 3-6 weeks. Planning takes 1 week, recruitment and sessions take 1-2 weeks, and analysis/synthesis takes 1-2 weeks. We can do faster turnarounds for specific questions, or expand timelines for more comprehensive research.
